Shipping and Delivery: We deliver serial codes via email within 1 day of purchase. For pre-orders, delivery will be within 3 days of the product release date. If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, we will issue a refund.

Returns and Refunds: We do not accept returns or refunds for serial codes. In the event of a pre-order cancellation, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
